Rattling Stick’s Ivan Bird is that brilliant still photographer turned director of photography turned director, which is reflected in his perfectly composed portfolio.

His varied reel shows incredible work for Optus (featuring Olympian Usain Bolt), Sky (with David Beckham), Shell, Mercedes, and a particularly captivating recent spot for The Times and Sunday Times featured above. He got his start DPing for acclaimed directors like Jonathan Glazer, Daniel Kleinman, Dante Ariola, and more, before taking his own turn at the helm while still doing all of his own cinematography.
