Restructuring our Human Resources area implied turning our approach to interpersonal relationships on its head. We realized we needed to connect the company’s various departments by connecting the people who worked in them, based on an understanding not just of their needs, but of what each individual employee had to offer. By asking ourselves what we could improve and what our priorities were at that given moment, we finally came to see ourselves as a self-sustaining community that thrives on the work of its members and treats its processes as a craftsman would.
