David Guetta “Play Hard”

Director Andreas Nilsson | Production Co. Biscuit Filmworks | Record Label EMI Music

Andreas Nilsson’s aesthetic is one of a kind, so we were very proud to know that he was eager to shoot this rad music video in Mexico. Andreas drew inspiration from a subcultural Mexican phenomenon originated in the northern part of the country: the “Pointy boots”.

In this video, Andreas takes us on an offbeat journey that culminates in an epic dance off in a rodeo. The enormous array of cultural elements and characters to be found in Mexico are brought to life to the beat of Guetta’s catchy tune, who is himself featured on the video along with Ne-Yo, Akon and Les Twins.

Andreas worked with an all-Mexican crew, including the talented cinematographer Alexis Zabé, who has a great repertoire of feature films and music videos.

We loved working with Andreas and David Guetta and wish to thank them, as well as Biscuit Filmworks and EMI Music, for choosing us for this great project. It was definitely one of the most exciting and fun ones of the year!
