Interstate Batteries “Forest”

Director Misko Iho | Production Co. Interrogate | Agency Firehouse

Dallas based ad agency Firehouse had a great idea for a print campaign: abandoned cars showing signs of life thanks to their unquenchable Interstate battery. Thinking this insight would make a great TV ad, they came to Finnish director Misko Iho to develop the script. This is how the oneiric “Forest” spot was born. Misko and Interrogate Executive Producer & Partner George Meeker thought Mexico was the perfect place to shoot it, so they called us to make it happen.

The story takes place in a lush green forest, mossy and misty for a nostalgic feel. We scouted several forests within Mexico City and its surroundings and found the perfect one, one hour away from the city, in the neighbor State of Hidalgo.

Our gratitude goes to our friends at Interrogate for putting Mexico on the map for this lovely ad!
