Markus Walter is a fantastic director across branded content, music videos, and narrative film.

Splitting time between Los Angeles and Berlin, Markus directs for RESET Content and Academy Films, the mastermind behind spots for the likes of Mercedes, Clash of Kings, Subaru, Audi, and VW. Spots for these brands alongside work for EA Sports, IKEA, Coca-Cola, and McDonald’s to name a few, have earned him attention from Cannes, ADC, the New York Film Festival, LIAA, and others.

His short film “A Letter Home” follows a mother and father as they receive a revelatory letter from their daughter. Currently away at college, she writes a series of confessions that prove to be shocking to her parents, that paint the picture of a life spiraling wildly out of control.
