Last month, we had the privilege of working with Bacon’s Jakob Marky, a half-Swede/half-Hungarian ingenue of a director on a delightful spot for MatPrat, Norway’s online destination for elevating street food to gourmet eats.
Watch the charming spot above, that celebrates the ingenuity of MatPrat’s approach to Norwegian food. As such, we elected to use this opportunity to celebrate the signature tastes of Mexico, in the form of one of our favorites: El Parnita Tacos.
While these might seem easy to make on your own, there’s a certain magic to finding the right spot in Roma to make all of your palette’s dreams come true.
Take this breaded shrimp taco for instance, made with a homemade tortilla, lettuce, pickled purple onion, mayo, and avocado.
Or maybe some pork is more your style. Cooked with shredded pork with olive oil (slowly in a stone oven), a homemade tortilla and a deliciously-ripe avocado, these are sure to leave you feeling full and very happy.
Bon appetit!
