With the holidays headed here before we even know it, it’s a great chance to consider coming to Mexico for a few weeks off. With destinations from forest to beach resort, metropolitan city, to quiet, rural town, there’s something for everyone south of the border here, and we have a few campaigns to highlight just that.
Last year, this global AirBnb campaign was a huge hit. “Never a Stranger” from RESET Content director duo Us shot all over the world, and the Mexico contribution took us to a perfect oceanside getaway in Tulum, a scenic domicile just steps from a quiet, sandy beach. Just the kind of unconventional travel option that makes AirBnb so worth it.
Speaking of those uncommon travel tools, not too far off from the time AirBnb launched, we did a more raucous shoot for Hostelworld from Rattling Stick’s Sara Dunlop, that had us jumping into cenotes. The cenotes near the coasts of Mexico, not far from Tulum in fact, are beautiful natural wonders. Underwater caves that you can dive down (or literally dive) into with fresh water at the bottom. Hostelworld does what its name suggests, offering millions of hostel reviews and easy options to book your stay anywhere in the world, providing a convenient and affordable option for anyone who wants a sense of adventure, or to see a cenote in real life.
Why be anywhere but the beach with a beer in hand for the holiday? Park Pictures’ Christian Weber shot a Corona ad that perfectly encapsulates the greatest wish for any vacation: basking in the sun, swimming in the vast ocean, and topping it all off with some Corona and lime.
We hope you enjoy your holidays and even better, hope to see you in Mexico.
