This Nike South Korea ad from our friends at Park Pictures will have you ready to run, to fight, to play and to win.
Consider if your motivation of the day, as the spot out of Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo, beckons you to quiet your inner monologue telling you you can’t do it, and per the Nike mantra, Just Do It.
That inner voice belongs to none other than Lee Young Pyo, retired Korean soccer star, as we pan through athletes spanning various sports, all opting to disregard the veteran’s naysaying to embrace resilience.
It’s a fantastic use of 90 seconds, courtesy of the always-masterful director AG Rojas. It’s part of Nike’s social campaign entitled “Be Heard,” partnering with KakaoTalk to empower young athletes to speak out and tell their own #JustDoIt stories.
Well done, Park Pictures. And if you watch this space, you’ll see some work from Park Pictures serviced by yours truly – coming soon!
