That message is made all the more powerful just in time for Mother’s Day in a new spot for Hallmark, directed by Rattling Stick’s Pete Riski, shot locally in Mexico City for “No Ordinary Mom,” part of Hallmark’s #NoOrdinaryCard campaign.

At sixty seconds, it’s a commercial nearly everyone can relate to, woven with special moments between mother and daughter: whether that’s a wedding day, a drive into school, cooking together, or just handing mom a special Mother’s Day card, made ever-sweeter by an original track echoing the sentimental themes.
