To introduce their new line of denim, Levi’s enlisted Dori Oskowitz to direct “Firsts” with The Lift here in Mexico City.

It’s a spirited jaunt through the streets of Mexico, celebrating youth culture and nightlife with the most iconic denim brand in the world, that also happens to create some of the most dynamic advertising in the industry. Just our luck that we got to take the journey with Prettybird, director Dori Oskowitz, and FCB West.

With the super catchy dance track “Go” by Santigold and Karen O providing the soundtrack, the spot was a feat of imagination and endurance. We shot nine locations in one day, with four company moves, largely in part to the expert hands of Dori as well as his masterful DP Jackson Hunt (who most recently shot the “Feeling Myself” video with Beyonce and Nicki Minaj).
