Over the course of our (nearly) ten years as The Lift, we have had the great fortune of working with many brilliant first ADs, who all call Mexico home.

Most recently for an upcoming release (more on that next month, sorry to tease you), we were awarded the pleasure of working alongside Adrian Grünberg, whose notable work includes Apocalypto, Frida, Traffic, Amores Perros, and Master and Commander, among others.

We can let his long, illustrious credits sheet do the talking, but we do know this: there’s few better at commanding a set than Adrian, with incredible tact and respect for every element of production. Any person in production knows that their project is only as good as their first AD, and there’s no question Adrian takes the cake.

We cannot wait to share with you our upcoming work with Adrian, just one of the many Mexican-based first ADs that The Lift knows and loves.
