Ciclope Berlin has come and gone, and we're still buzzing from the excitement that filled the lively two days.

We've got exciting news that we're finally able to share: The Lift is officially touching down in Guadalajara for all things creativity and production.

It's one of the best times of the year: Ciclope Berlin is almost here. Leaders across the advertising industry will flock to the colorful city to experience two days of exceptional speakers, networking, and the best film craft in the world.

It's been a busy month here at The Lift. From award shows to exciting shoots, there's been a lot in the queue and the flurry continued yesterday with the the APA Show 2019.

Earlier this year one of our favorite industry events, CraftWorks, relaunched in London. Led by David Reviews’ editor, Jason Stone, CraftWorks is a celebration of British advertising, consisting of a set of events featuring discussions and interviews with agency creatives and production teams around specific spots, leading industry topics, debut works, and so much more.

Happy birthday to us! Next week—October 15th to be exact—marks our 14th year anniversary, and while we love reminiscing on our beginnings and how we've steadily set a new standard for craft in Mexico and beyond, we're celebrating by focusing on what's ahead.

Coming off of exciting events at Ciclope and a Bacardi project, we sat down with Ali Brown—the Vice President and Executive Producer of PRETTYBIRD—to hear more about her career, creative approach, and so much more.

2018 was quite the year for all of us here at The Lift. From mind-bending projects with collaborators new and old to exciting ventures within the industry, we continuously brought the best creative visions out into the world while redefining what it truly means to work in production.

And in this month's spotlight we got the chance to talk with one of The Lift's top producers, Magali Sagarra. From her industry beginnings to some of the craziest projects she's worked on, Magali's pedigree of projects certainly lends itself to excitement all around.

We're going to be honest: one of the best parts of working in the creative industry is collaborating with inspiring individuals from all around the world. The Ciclope International Festival of Craft is an event that does just that.
